• I was the independent executrix of an estate and needed to get a house sold ASAP.  I hired Susan to get the job done.  She was able to get an earnest contract to the title company and see the transaction to closing all within a matter of a few weeks. As we approached the closing date it appeared there was going to be a delay with the Title Company but Susan made sure we closed on the date of our contract.  I did not have the time or energy to deal with many of the details and the usual back and forth of negotiations. I relied heavily on Susan’s advice and she was instrumental in assisting me in all of the realty decisions.  Before I knew it, the contract was signed and the deal was closed.   家は建物価格評価が新築と同等であることが一般的です。また建物と土地の価格
